From September to June, every fourth Saturday of the month<\/strong>, the Palazzo Reale di Napoli offers guided visits to the attics and the Belvedere<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Belvedere<\/strong> dominates the southern facade of the building at a height of approximately 70 meters above sea level. Overlooking the Gulf of Naples through three large windows, it was designed in a neoclassical style as part of the renovations commissioned by Ferdinand II of Bourbon after 1837 and carried out by architect Gaetano Genovese, who spent twenty years restructuring the entire palace.<\/p>\n

During the tour, museum staff will accompany visitors in groups of up to 24 people<\/strong> along an exclusive route through the attics<\/strong>, which have also undergone restoration and redevelopment. The tour reveals previously inaccessible service areas of great historical and architectural significance.<\/p>\n

The visits, lasting approximately 45 minutes<\/strong>, depart at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Visitors can purchase a ticket for the Belvedere and attic visit only, at a cost of \u20ac7.00, or a combined ticket that also includes access to the Palazzo Reale for \u20ac20.00. In both cases, reservations are mandatory<\/strong> until all spots are filled, either through the following link:

For visits to the attics and the Belvedere, the meeting point is in the Giardino Italia<\/strong> (accessible from Piazza Trieste e Trento).<\/p>\n

Visitor Notice<\/u><\/p>\n

1. The storage areas, attics, and Belvedere are not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Visitors must purchase their tickets in advance to ensure they arrive on time at the meeting point.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Public Information for Attic and Belvedere Visits<\/u><\/p>\n

The route includes stairs and narrow passages, making it unsuitable for individuals with cardiovascular conditions or mobility issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are small level changes and\/or low ceilings along the route, some of which may not be marked, so visitors are advised to proceed with caution.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Strollers are not permitted in the attics. Visitors are recommended to wear appropriate footwear.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of adverse weather conditions, visits may be suspended for safety reasons.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Specifically:
\n– In case of a yellow weather alert<\/u>, visits will proceed as scheduled.
\n– In case of an orange weather alert<\/u>, the Belvedere access will not be permitted.
